Intrigued by metaphysics & esotericism from her early years, Damaris' Spiritual Journey was sparked by her innate curiosity and insatiable yearning to learn through her Ancestral Wisdom and spiritual growth. Being clairesentient since childhood, MoonSpirit has felt the call to be of service and help others in need of healing. Her intuition has heightened as her knowledge further expands, day by day she has cultivated her abilities through self awareness and introspection.

After many years working in the medical field and feeling unfulfilled; Damaris began to study alternative medicine and holistic healing modalities ranging from her Indigenous lineage, Shamanic practices, Energy work, Mindfulness Meditation, Crystal & sound healing and Massage therapy. Damaris finds power in helping others remember their innate abilities, so that they, too, may invoke the healer from within. She utilizes and integrates different Holistic Healing modalities in order to promote Harmony, Peace and Relaxation within the Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual bodies.

Her Holistic Healing approach involves creating a safe and sacred container for Divine Wisdom & energy to Flow through. Damaris invokes Source Energy, Jesus, The Goddess, The 4 Directions, Ascended Masters, and Ancestors while connecting with Ones Divine (Higher) Self.
In this way, Damaris serves as a conduit for Source to convey any messages, insights, or wisdom that may come through. She guides her clients through the process of mining the "golden nuggets of wisdom" accumulated through ones own life experiences; thus leading her clients to discover their own hidden treasures from within. This helps clear the energy chakra centers and promotes the body's natural state of Balance and Harmony.

Shamanic Reiki

Shamanic Reiki integrates shamanic practices with the potent healing energy of Reiki. Shamanic practices are ancient techniques used to align you with earth’s energy, your higher spirit, spirit guides, and animal totems for transformative healing work. Shamanic reiki practitioners can see, feel or hear blocks or negative energy which may limit you from living a full healthy life. The practitioner then uses techniques that can drive out or gently remove these blocks. They may use drumming, crystals, their breath, or they may call on spirit guides to help them. The practitioner will then fill the empty space with healing energy, such as light, color, or sound. Reiki is a practice of channeling energy, laying on hands, or simply working in your aura or energy field to facilitate healing. When we put these two practices together we amplify the healing power of each, allowing deeper healing at all levels of mind, body, and spirit.

REIKI

Reiki (pronounced ray-key), is a practice of channeling energy, laying on hands, or simply working in your aura or energy field to facilitate healing. It is very effective for relaxation and stress reduction and also promotes healing. When you are relaxed your conscious mind or ego-mind relaxes, making it much easier to transmit energy that promotes your health and well-being. The Reiki practitioner is a conduit for the energy, almost like turning on a radio, where they channel Universal Life Force energy to you to detect and clear energy blocks.

REIKI — CRYSTAL

Crystals amplify the healing Reiki energy, they can be placed directly on the body, in a complete grid around the body or a few may be placed in the aura around your body. And, a combination of all the above may be used. The crystal reiki practitioner must be very clear energetically to channel crystal reiki healing; it is necessary that they clear and move the ego and personality aside.

SOUND Healing THERAPY

In this session, we focus on clearing the Energy Centers and Meridians using Crystal Singing Bowls, Intuitive Energy Healing and Crystals that aid in clearing and balancing your Auric field and body. This Session is also customizable to focus on a specific area of the body. This session also helps clear your mind and balance your breath to relieve stress and anxiety. Available in 30, 60, or 90-minute sessions.
